Ventora is a highly fermented, light-coloured beer, not filtered nor pasteurised and re-fermented in the bottle. Inspired by blanche Belgian beers, this beer is made of Tritticum Dicocco, a typical emmer wheat from the center of Italy (already used in Roman times), and it is flavoured using coriander seeds, orange peel and honey.
